Why I Chose To Not Snooze The Alarm
Finally,
Garlands were exchanged.
Vows were taken.
There was joy and merriment around.
Amidst the fun and frolic,
Our eyes met.
He smirked and hummed to me -
‘Tu Hogi Jara Paagal…
Tune Mujhko Hai Chuna….’
(Meaning: You must be a little crazy for you chose me.)
I looked at him as if he had just detailed out to me his bank robbery plan.
And I was now gonna be his accomplice in it all.
The alarm went off
But today I chose to not snooze it.
